Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in being charged the full appointment fee.If you need to cancel due to illness, please notify the RMT by 9:00 AM on the day of your appointment. When adequate notice is provided, the cancellation fee will be waived to support your health and the well‑being of others.

Billing & Payment

We do not offer direct billing for any extended health benefits. This includes ICBC and WCB claims. However, we are still able to treat clients with active ICBC or WCB claims. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, and we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your adjustor for reimbursement. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, debit cards, e‑Transfers, cash, and gift cards as methods of payment.
